The Annual General Meeting for unit holders will now be held on Tuesday18 th April 2023, at
9.00am, at the Development Bank of Samoa Conference Room on the sixth floor, to present the
Annual Report for Financial Year Ended 30th June 2022. Registration will open at 8.30am.
Hard copies of the Annual Report (Financial Year Ended June 30th 2022) are available for uplifting
from our main office at Level 3, Development Bank of Samoa Building. E-copy of the Annual
Report is also available upon request.
Unitholders residing in Savaii, will be able to join the meeting via Zoom link and will be streamed
at the SNPF Conference Room, Salelologa. Registration will also open at 8.30am to await the
meeting commencement at 9.00am.
For Unitholders residing Overseas and Unitholders unable to attend in person please register your
interest by emailing our office (info@utos.ws) and we will send through details for you to access
the meeting online.
Should you wish to send a representative on your behalf, kindly complete and sign the
‘Appointment of a Proxy’ form which is available at our office and submit by Close of Business on
Thursday 13 th April 2023.
