NOTICE : is hereby given to all unit holders of the Unit Trust of Samoa that:

The Annual General Meeting for unit holders will be held on Friday 26th April 2024, at 10.00am, at the Development Bank of Samoa Conference Room on the sixth floor, to present the Annual Report for Financial Year Ended 30th June 2023. Registration will open at 9.30am.

E-copy of the Annual Report for the financial year ended June 30th 2023 will be available from Wednesday, 17th April 2024 upon request for all Unitholders. Hard copies of the Annual Report will be available for uplifting from our main office at Level 3, Development Bank of Samoa Building, from Tuesday, 23rd April 2024.

ALL Unitholders residing overseas or are unable to attend in person, please register your interest by emailing our office (info@utos.ws) and we will send through details for you to access the meeting online.

Should you wish to send a representative on your behalf, kindly complete and sign the Appointment of a Proxy’ form which is available at our office and submit by Close of Business on Monday 22 nd April 2024.
